if they're buckets, you can use bride FG or Nagisa Auto rails
if they're reclinable, get some recaro sliders for our car or drill some holes, it aint hard

for reclineables there really arent that many options for Recaro sliders besides that shitty company WEDGE Engineering. They sit too high and have issues of lining up with the mounting holes in the car. The best solution would be Recaro of Japan sliders. Good luck on getting that...

or you could always goto a junkyard and pull some stock ones off a 240 and weld them on there...

depending on which recaro it is, bride MO seat rail should work
I used a recaro japan slider for my daily. It sits at about the same height as an S14 seat. decent for a daily, sucky for the track. But this will give you an idea:

thanks, i think i'm just going to drill holes and use the sliders that i have
