SERIOUS BUYERS PLEASE EMAIL ME AT LDP_rburks[remove this]@yahoo.com if interested.
This is a Holden/Nissan rb30de block, oil pan, water pump, dip stick, etc. that I got shipped from Australia. This block can be matted with an RB25DET or RB26DET head to produce an RB30DET. The combination is more powerful than the RB26DET and provides more HP and Torque over the RB26DET throughout the RPM range.
I was going to drop this into a 240SX s14 and turn it into a Supra killer, but I have sold my car and I've lost the desire to get this going. This is someones chance to be, as far as I know, the first in the country to own what has become a cult classic combination in Aust. If you want to be different than your friends with SR's and RB's this is it. You will not see another one of these anytime soon in the US.
The block is in good condition and comes with all accessories needed and no head.
I paid $1500 for this including shipping from Aust. I am asking $1000 for everything. I would prefer not to ship this and do pick up by the buyer so that the buyer can perform a visual inspection before purchase [Atlanta, GA]. I will ship if the buyer arranges shipping.
PLEASE EMAIL ME AT LDP_rburks[remove this]@yahoo.com if interested.
SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE!!

The only thing that I would be willing to trade for are DSM parts (coilovers) or a GT40r turbo.
Here is a pic of the engine, flywheel, and oil pan. I have other misc. parts for it as well (oil pickup, alt., dipstick, etc.)
I'm sorry the pic is so small but this is as large as this forum will allow me to post.

My price is beyond fully fair. I paid a WHOLE lot more than I am asking to get not only the block but the associated parts to make the swap easier. A good condition, complete VL Series II shortblock is not easy to come by these days as everyone in Aust is making the swap. If you decide to get a Series I block instead because they are cheaper you won't have all the provisions for water and oil and you will be machining the block for them.
This isn't your run of the mill RB block that every importer has in spades. Their MIGHT be two more in the entire US for all that I've heard.
If the block doesn't sell here, then it will end up on ebay for a higher asking price. If it doesn't sell there then I will be more than content to let it rot in my garage or make a very interesting table out of.

I took more pics of the engine. Is there anyway to post them? For some reason I can't get them to work on this forum.

Yeah, I would like the name of this place as I've talked to every importer in the US that I know of or heard of about the RB30 and most of them didn't even know it existed let alone have six of them. This is especially true since most of them get their parts from Japan and other parts of Asia and not Austrialia which is the only place you can get a RB30e.
So when you find that name and number of the place that has six of them laying around please post it.
