Does anyones SR kinda sound like the ka with a little tick ?

Check for exhaust leak. Sometimes a small leak will sound like a high pitch tick.

Alright I'lll check over that today, thanks !, Im also changing the oil, I use Castrol Synthetic 5w30, does anyone use something different, a friend said no to use Castrol but I've always heard good things about them.

Brand doesn't matter, but you may want to try 10W-30 in this heat.

I use a 20-50 and it does help. The lifters tick as well which is right near the injectors/fuel rails. That is about it. Brand doesn't matter as long as it is synthetic. Basically guage your oil as well. If your oil at 3k miles is like completely black time to move up from 10-30 to 20-50. Good luck

Its ticking because your rinning 5w-30 Run 20-50 for godsakes..
