Hotshot....they have a 4-2-1 design. Greddy makes a good set, but some say they have a problem with cracking. Hotshot seems to be the headers 240 owners seem to like the best...imho. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

iirc, both (HotSHot & Greddy) have had a very recent redesign, the Hotshot to fit better, with more specific year designations, and the Greddy with thicker flanges.
personally i'm gonna go hotshot

for the s13-Hotshot. so far, I've only heard of pacesetter or hotshot for the s13, and everyone I've talked to with experience with pacesetter said it isn't as good.

i heard that hotshot eliminates your catalitic converter....is this true? i need mine living in a highly populated area where emissions are a b*tch. i want a hotshot from all the good things i've heard about it but i'm not gonna want it if it gets rid of your cat

-i stand corrected-
I just installed a Greddy header on a 95 S14 last Friday. It was a very nice piece, all stainless. The Greddy replace the stock manifold, nothing else. This would be ideal for street cars where emissions is going to be an issue. It took about 4-5 hours to install.
I have a Hotshot on my racecar. It replaces the cat and will not pass emisssion. There is a plug for the EGR and O2 sensor. The header extends pretty far back almost to the drivers seat.
