Hey Guys,

Just curious if there would be a market for drag wheels, a true bolt-on with no mods required (No grinding of calipers, etc). Something to allow the drag guys on here to run a 26" or 28" tall Mickey Thompson ET Street?

Perhaps 15x4 skinnies for the front that would bolt-on, at most require a spacer?

I know most of the community is into drifting and Auto-X, but I am considering having drag wheels designed...just want to make sure there is interest before I go to the expense...

Perhaps something in silver or powdercoated black?

What do you all think?:2f2f:

I'm just taking a guess....but if I could do it for $125 for the fronts/ $150 for the rears...Give or take $25...

i would consider buying depending on the price. With skinny, it hard to find a pair that would clear 300zx brakes though...

Whatever we would come out with, would be designed to clear the factory brakes...I believe to clear the 300ZX Brakes, 16" fronts would be required....

I could check into that as an option...

If I could get 15x4s for the rears, it would help with that bogging issue I've been having.

Crazy wheel spin!

LMAO! Exactly what I was thinking. "hey I could use some of those 15x4's for my drift spares." Now what size tire would give me a nice stretch on these? Hmmm...

Look into advertising these to the MR2 & 300zx crowd too...evo's could also sport them...etc

16x10 might be kinda cool to run all around, but nobody makes any decent 16 inch tires in any decent sizes anymore...

Considering they're drag wheels...You can get a 255/50/16 in the BFGoodrich Drag Radials

You're right though, 15's is a much better size for drag radials

Perhaps 15's in the back, 16's up front for brake clearance?

Yep, 15's would provide more tire size choices, especially in slicks...:2f2f:
