I can't believe I missed Formula D for it.....argh!!!!

I'm pissed that they stopped it but at the same time I agree that it should have been.

Tito wa completely smashing him with about 5 elbows without Shamrock even trying to guard himself. So in that sense it was a good stoppage.

On the other hand I'm mad that he didn't turn Shamrock into a vegetable because he's gonna keep talking shit until Tito basically makes him retire via a shallow grave.

Honestly I can't believe Shamrock even thinks he can beat Tito. Their history together is so one sided it's not even funny. And everything they are put up against eachother Shamrock looks more and more like a schmuck.

I didn't get to see the other fights though. I heard the Arlovsky VS Silvia was weak.

Arlovsky VS Silvia was a boxing match for 25 mins. I knodded off a few times it was so boring.

after losing 2x already, youd think he's awesome to be talking about beating tito, but I guess it wasnt much of a fight.. again

as for the other fight, i guess it was good. But not very entertaining, i cant believe it actually went 5 rounds

silva and lidell? no way...silvas gonna rock his socks...after his 6th month haitus, hes definitely back in the groove, if not better off than before...he just beat fujita last week...and though fujita may not be the most worthy opponent for silva, hes a relatively experienced humungo heavyweight...UFC needs to squander an answer to face fedor emelianenko...
