Maybe we need a review on buyers...

Said he was gonna send me an MO for parts, I waited a week, no MO so I PM him. Usual excuse about family matters. What I dont understand is why he waited a week to let me know he didnt send the MO or wasnt planning on it. Needless to say he flaked on me.
