I wanted to know if I have a 95 240sx (not SE)... will a 93 240sx dual-cam head bolt right on ???

yes, same engine so therefore parts are interchangable

hmm not 100% but my engine a 97 the head will not bolt on thE UPPER AND LOWER TIMMING COVER IS DIFFRENT also the older blocks have holes to match the older blocks on the newer cover one of the bolt holes on the bottom right corner is diffrent, on the lower cover and the upper cover one of the bolts that goes to the head doesnt line up, also the older heads have a extra journal in the head to hold the cam, the older valve covers dont have the center bolts in the valve cover like the newer ones, internarly there the same the block and head are a slight diffrent casting.but ya older model i think pre s14 engines and s13 DEs are sligtly diffrent.

Wrong.
You'll need the valve cover and upper timing cover, along with all the hardware for these parts from the 93 engine.
The extra cam tower in the rear is found on 96 and older so that's not an issue.
