Seeing some Nissan/Nismo Pit Shirts in the For Sale thread got me thinking; would there be any interest in Zilvia.net Pit Shirts?

I don't have a hookup on shirt makers, nor am I a graphic artist of any kind, but I'm just wondering if anyone else would want to rock these if they existed.

Perhaps people with more connections and ideas can add to this, so speak up!

Who do I need to talk to in order to use the logo?

These would be silk-screened 1 color short sleeved cotton t-shirts. I can do either black or white shirts. The more orders, the better zilvia.net will be!!!

Anyone designing logos please create them with different backgrounds in order for it to be printed on a black or white shirt; 1 black and 1 white .

In order for the member name to be on the sleeve, it will take longer, and abviously more money. I don't want to state a price now and say it is more later. I will look into the member name option. What I do know is that the name can go anywhere on the shirt.

Are people intersted in polo shirts as well? Or am I oblivious to the fact that "pit shirts" are polo shirts.

You have to remember most of us 240SX owners are cheap or bargin hunters (myself included) and shirts like the one you're mentioning are far from cheap.

The cost of the pit shirts will increase with more embroidery. Also, I would like to see just plain black shirts, or maybe a white stripe on top of the shoulders or something simple. Alright, I contacted Carlos. Lets see what happens. Either way this as been on my to do list forever but I havent found anyone able to produce Mechanic/Pit shirts for our use.

As for design simple is good. It will be grey and sport the zilvia logo and maybe some sort of accents of the Zilvia blue used in some way. I will handle the design aspect, but the more input the better. Once I get word back from Carlos and see what he can offer we will update everyone on the status.

Member names would be an extra option per letter. It would just take longer for you to receive your shirt. I called my contact today. I am waiting to hear back from her. I will be calling someone else tomorrow morning for the embroidery. I am trying to find these pit shirts all over the place. I will keep looking. Any more design ideas?

I don't see why we don't have a couple different types of shirts with some S chassis cambered all to hell drifting around some shit. I'm down for the pit shirt, I like it, but, I want something I can wear out anywhere. I can't go into a resturant pimping a multi-colored mechanic shirt. Personally, I don't like the milti-colored shirt. I think a simple one-color mechanic shirt would be best, personally. I'm sure most of you are not going to agree, but, I perfer simple.

I love it.

The idea is freaking awesome!

But i mean, im talkin about embroidering, not screening. Screening is nice and all, but not at a professional level that goes with Pit Shirts.

I was thinking the same chopped Pit shirt above, with the Zilvian Titles.

Leaky Injector, Post Whore, etc etc.

Something that still adds 'personalized' to the shirts, while not making them outrageously costly. And how about a PitShirt/Premie Bundle?

And colortones on the pitshirts, while it is awesome for CustomColors, its cheaper to just have 2-3 colorschemes. I personally like Navy and Black w/ White Embroidery.

yea thanks .. i was just doing some random stuff...

and you know where the white part of that shirt is ... you can put your id

and also ... i can put like other stuff around the shirt if you guys would like to see how it would look like...

i can also make it look how it would really look like wrinkles and stuff as i did on the nissan shirt that s14db posted...

so if you guys want to know how a shirt would look like post em ... and what letters.. and logos you would like... but it can't be too much... and the fonts... very limited at work so ...

What if we just found a company that could make Zilvia.net patches? Then people could put the on whatever kind and color shirt they wanted. Just a random thought I had. :loco:

Pretty much. It would be cheaper then embroidering shirts, but still look nicer then silk-screening. Plus then there would be no argument about where the patches are placed. What color the shirts are. What kind of shirts to use. Etc. Etc.

I think the Zilvia.net logo in a big patch. User name in another big patch.
Then Premie and other titles in smaller sub patches.
Or make the User Name blue embroidery.

I think we would also need a sewing service for some members.

What about the base shirt with the zilvia.net logo (not the damn hamburger) embroidered. Then you could add patches/nametapes by ordering them from zilvia. Kinda like uniforms in the military. lol
