s13 digital cluster question

i did the search but couldn't find anything. i was looking at gettin one of those clusters that have the digital read out instead of the needle, i was wondering if the speedometer will go higher than 189km/h hour or if it stop at that just like the needle cluster. and also i was told that you can get the european cluster that reads upto 260km/h and i tried looking for them but i can't find anything on that.
