It goes: engine block-short hose-black canister-J hose-T-hose-intake.
The black canister is your air-oil separator. It's supposed to filter oil from the block and only allow air to come up to join the air coming out of the valve cover at the T. The air ultimately ends up in your intake.
You're probably getting excessive oil in your intake from crankcase pressure spewing oil out into the breather hose.
Opinions vary on this topic. This is the most elegant way I've found so far:

It happens a lot with those who run high boost.

so basically an oil catch can will fix it? i was first told to get one of those little like intake filters and put on it.

Breather filters are ghetto.
Run a catch can back into the intake side of the turbo.
If you don't have the OEM seperator or in-line restrictor you'll get a decent bit of blowby.

There are different ways to go about it. You can remove the hose between the intake and the T, plug up the intake, and put a breather filter one branch of the T.
You can get a catch can. You can do what I linked to above.
It's your choice. Some ways work better than others. It's up to you.

If you decide to use a filter, Jim Wolf Technology sells them for about $10. It fits the T. Crap from Ebay and the neon section of the auto parts store are too small to fit.
