FS 18" Racing hart c4 evo with tires... in so cal

I'm selling a set of racing hart c4 evo 18"rims with tires... I was told it was universal 4 lug fit... 2 of the tires have around 65% thread left the other 2 need to be replaced..... I'm in so. cal Alhambra 91803... I'm looking 1000 for all 4.... obo... they need to go asap.. thanks
