The rims on my S14 are Enkei RS5's with Yokohama Touring tires, 205/60-15.  Got them for $500!  Thanks to a local 240sx'er!

Just my opinion not trying to start a fight but it is not even worth it to me to get 15's they don't even do anything for the car, atleast get 16's if your going for speed.

Yes but you see...
15x7's are lighter and better for autox, and you won't warp them driving on the roads here...
not starting a fight...I'm go, and you are show...thats all

Not quite clear on how the size of your rims (especially 1 inch bigger) can make you go faster...but sure...

lighter rims make you go faster. usually small rims are lighter, thus go smaller rims if you want sped.
