i think its about that time...ive got a 91 fastback with a SR20DE in it and i think its got the stock spark plugs and wires. im kinda new to this whole NA thing o try not to shit on me completly. im a "spirited" driver(i beat the piss outa my car) so i was wondering what the idea spark plugs/ wires to suit my needs.

i was also wondering whats involved in using the DET coilpacks and what kind of performance i should expect to get from them. and also how much they cost.

The sr20de ecu and coilpacks would not work together because it only has an output for one coil, as opposed to 4 like a sr20det ecu.

That would require the SR20DET ecu, SR20DET harness, and of course, the coil packs. As for performance gains, I doubt you would see anything. The stock ignition system is capable of holding up well under boost, so in your N/A set up it is more than enough.

A much more sound solution would be to take your plug wires into autozone, discount, or your local parts store. Try comparing their length to the B13 sentras. Ask for 91 sentra se-r wires. I think they're almost identical in length. As for plugs, sentra as well. Put some NGK in their, as the SR20 is picky about crappy plugs like bosch.

What other mods do you have? I have an SR20DE too.
