I've been wanting to roll my rear fenders in order to accomodate my 255's without running excessive neg. camber. My question is does rolling reduce the structural integrity of the fenders at all? I've had people tell me not to roll them since the fenders will become weak and easier to dent.
What are your thoughts? Fender roll, or just bite the bullet and dial in a bunch of neg. camber?

Rolling your fenders won't hurt your car.
Now if you hit your fender, it would dent just as any other part of your car.

Yes, but not by much. There is a "fold" kinda that strengthens the edge of the fender. If you roll it, it will most likely flatten that fold to the fender, making it a little weaker than stock. Its not like its going to stop a collision though. Like the other guys said, it will dent just like any other part of the car.
now,if you CUT that part off, then it would weaken it a TON, but by rolling it, you'll be fine

Haha, yeah for sure. One of our customers cut it, you can lean against your car and dent it. Dont cut it off! :)

sorry for threadjacking but, does rolling your fender do anything to the appearance of the car?? and as for pulling, all it does it extend how far your fenders come out right?

Rolling it doesn't do anything looks wise, it's for wheel/tire clearance.
Pulls are for wheels/tire clearance but give the fender kind of a lip looks cool IMO.

in a way rolling your fender is for appearance. the fender ends at a certain point, but doesnt mean you can fit tires that take up the whole space from the inside of your car to the end of the fender because the lip extends back into the car, causing the tire to rub. if you roll the fender the lip is against the fender allowing better clearance for the tire, allowing you to make the tires flush, making the car look better.
