i just saw it last night and i must say, its the funniest movie ive seen in a long long time.

what do you guys think?

Looks funny. I'll rent it when it comes out on DVD.

I don't like watching comedies at theatres.

It was a blast! I loved it but then again I was snorting my drink while watching Napoleon Dynamite and I know for a fact that many people didn't like that film. This one is pretty much the same - filled with quirky characters and lots of Mexican kitsch.
For me it was the perfect film: I'm latin so I caught all the background jokes and references, I grew up loving Lucha Libre (look at my Mil Mascaras avatar) and I've been a Jack Black fan since the Tenacious D HBO days.
I dunno about you exitspeed but watching comedies in a theaters is a blast, same as action films. Watching dramas or suspense films is a pain because there are fools always talking and you can hear them during quiet parts.

yeah ive heard good things about this movie from friends and other forums, i dont know if ill go to the theater and watch it but ill for sure get my cousin to send me a dvd copy from singapore haha.

Watch the movie with an open mind and a good mood, and you'll love the movie.

Watch it for its story, depth, etc...NAH.

It was hilarious IMO.

I was disappointed. The only parts I thought were really funny was the corn in eye part, and the fat lady.

I agree with the corn in the eye. Haha that was a l337 fucking throw.

That guy Steven was fucking hilarious. The way that guy talked just cracked me up the whole time.

I think those 2 cat looking wrestlers were off the hook. Damn they pwn.

Seems like people really love Jared's films or hate them with a passion. I fall in the first camp. woot!
