I'm not sure if I should post here, but I'm trying everything I can.
I have this 240sx sitting in the garage for a year. It belongs to my boyfriend, but he moved out of the country last year in March. I'd been refused to sell the car because there was 1 part of the car was a birthday gift from me. But he's preparing to get me move over to him, and I wouldn't be able to take the car with me. So I'll sell it now and bring the money to him.

Here's the detail about the car:


1996 Nissan 240SX (S14) Manual Trans, clean title, 124k odometer, purplish blue, already passed SMOG CHECK on 3/30/2006. The car is already modified for drifting purpose. Asking price for $8,500. Items included as follow:

It should increase the price because there'll be hella kids that want to be just like the guys in the movie.

Do you guys really think he can make more than $8,500??

I'm aware cost of living is high over in Cali....but damn...I could not see a justified reason to pay ~$8500 for that car.

I know that my bf spent a lot of money modifying the car, so yea, $8500 isn't a lot already. But if I can sell even higher price than that, of course that's better~ lol well I'm not hoping that much. Just want to get rid of it so I can take the money to him.

well, 'cuz when I wasn't a registered user, there are only 2 places showing for posting in the main page: chat or tech. All other catagories weren't showing. That was why I said "not sure if I should put this here". But after I posted it as a registered user and went back to the main page, then all others show up including the "items for sale" one.....

I guess I can see how that could happen. But just a piece of advice for you in the future...look before you leap.

Good luck with that.....

most people will know for a fact that mods never raise the value of the car...only degrade it. You have to been damn good at selling to actually make money off the car (I've seen some rare cases).

I've seen that car many times at Stockton Autocrossing a couple years ago. We were the guys in the white S14 240SXs...

anyway...is there an chance I can maybe get a ride in that car w/ the Cusco Zero-2R coilovers? I'm very curious as to how they feel. Let me know. Thanks
