Good luck man. Bring a laptop, digicam, tools, find access to the internet and post pics for us along the way. Hopefully some of the guys that live along that route might chime in to help you with the shops.

Interstate 80? OH well. I'm on 70. Good luck on your trip man. Bring some food and water along the way. Don't depend on gas stations.

Iowa has free wireless internet at all the rest areas on the interstates. There are a couple shops in my area (easten IA) that should be able to handle almost any problem on an SR or 240sx, and probably even have parts in stock. THere's also Touge Factory once you get closer to chicago.

Your best bet is to have it shipped for around 1000$ (think of gas and time it will take)
Anyways, I'm from washington too, thats where NissanPacific is based, up and down the west coast
