my dad had a car shipped from iowa to cali for about 1K, ill find the name of the business when i see him this weekend. the trailer(enclosed) was full of ferrari's and such.

I had two cars shipped from a company called Lucky Moving. They were very good about it. When they came to move my cars, they were very careful. They even put carpet on the street since my car was lowered. I paid $2300 for both cars to be delivered from NJ to CA.

Just get it yourself if you have free time. Its cheaper and you get to test drive it across the country. I needed to ship my s14 from Ohio to California (2200 miles) and the cost for the shipping was about $850.00 so I was like hells no!!! Bought a plane ticket from Long Beach California to Dayton Ohio for $190 at expedia.com. Picked up the car and drove it back. The whole process took me almost 3 days total. Thats faster than any shipping company and plus I get to drive in the Grand Canyon. Fuel cost ran up to about $160 I think. So $350 all together excluding food. It was a great experience driving almost across the country.
