Gmail Language Settings

Anyone know how to change it? Somehow my language got changed and I have no idea which buttons are which. Someone guide me to exactly where the button is as well.

Gmail said that its under settings/language or something but obviously I dont know where that crap is since its in a different language. Thanks guys.

Settings> First Option with the drop down.

first Option.

go to settings... top right hand corner.. first option next to your email

First tab "general"

First drop down menu.. then pick english.
