are the SPL RUCA for S13 or S14?

They are for s13, but if I'm not mistaken, they can be used for s14 as well. It might be worth looking into. I think the main difference is that the s13 part forms a circle around the shock versus the single sided s14 part.

is the VLSD for s14?

It will go in just fine, rear cover is the same, but the output shafts are 5 bolt. Low mileage and still has some life in it, as opposed to most vlsd's.
