jdm coupe panels and hatch panels question

hi im trying to see if the lower panels for a coupe would fit a hatch? im trying to see if a manual seat belt conversion for a coupe will fit a hatch verion. the upper parts where the railing for the seat belt should fit but i was woundering about the lower rear panels? sorry its vauge.

Nothing past the Apillars will swap over between coupe and fastback, except the rear seat. Try again.
