I am in need of a sohc head.  some of the bolts on my head are striped and i don't want to hassle with getting new one in it.

holy shit geeaj (spelling) that is damn cheap on the engine. &nbsp;Is it just the block or the whole engine? &nbsp;I saw a sohc head/intake manifold/fuel rail/throttle body all still connected together but never asked how much it will cost. &nbsp;It probobly will be close to $100+shipping from this locat junk yard. &nbsp;It will need new valves and be cleaned, but it is a head <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'> &nbsp; If i were you and there is no damage to the head it's self then just buy new bolts from nissan. &nbsp;Don't know your situation though!

The motor has over 100k on it and reads 160psi in the 1st 3 slugs and 145 in the 4th. I am selling it because I found a low mileage motor that I am swapping in. Only thing wrong with the motor is that the number 1 spark plug whole is stripped. Right now, I have it jimmy rigged with helicoil. Runs great though.

I am in the SF bay area, you can't beat it for 100 bucks.

I live in the bay too but I don't want to have janky rigged stuff just want to &nbsp;take the head and bolt it to the block and drive.

i have a head (whole engine really) make a good offer but its probaly cheaper to just get the parts you need cause im in minnesota so the whole shipping thing the motor and head were rebuild around 40k miles a go motor ran fine for the time i used it (except for the timing tensioner going out ) im selling it cause i have a sr20 coming monday
