Some say there are benefits of having on the cold pipe then others say there isnt so Im not sure what I should do ?? Any help would be awesome !!

Theoretically cold is better, but hot is easier to maintain. Take your pick.

What do you mean by hot being easier to maintain, and if you have it on the cold pipe where is the best place to run the wastegate to ?

The hotpipe puts it right next to the intake. It's easier to clean and adjust your valve. With the cold pipe you have to attach it either in the bumper or somewhere near the intercooler piping on the throttle body if you have a front-mount. With the side-mount it's not so bad, and in fact the factory puts it on the coldpipe.
I don't understand what you're asking with the wastegate. You want to know how to run the vacuum for the wastegate?
it doesn't even mater!!! Air is pressured and the placement of the bov doesn't change how much air is released.

It doesn't matter, unless you're going to recirculate. If you're going to recirculate your BOV to the intake, hotpipe is more convenient.
