I visit their site here and there. I believe they have technical difficulties. I know that altamont had a meeting last week with the neighbors about problems with the area. I don't know what the outcome was.

I have hopes for NCDA, but for now I just enjoy the drive.

it just happens to be down...no reason to worry. It was actually off and on all day today.
