title saysit all, i got some grade 5 nuts.. napas in WV are shitty and only have up to grade 5.. do you think i would get by? 80ft/lbs torque..

first...i DEFF. wouldn't use a grade 5... I dont think its the ft/lbs i'd be worried about...but the heat.
Why not just call arp, tell them they shorted you ONE NUT and be done with it? A lot could happen if that nut fails...why risk it over 5 bucks shipping?

seriously... ARP will let flawed bolts out the door. If your nice to them they will sport ya one cheap.

If we lose one they usually send them for free or just shipping charges.

Grade 5, but be consistent and call ARP back for a replacement. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
