Tickets Suck

Aight....Here we go.

Me and a buddy are driving through the mall parking lot looking for a place to park. We were trying to catch a flick at the movie's. I go up one parking lane and end up having to pull on to the outer road that runs perpendicular with the parking lot. The thing was there was a blind spot on the road to my left so I start creeping out slowly, while this huge Dodge ram just creeps up on my ass. Before I know it, some asshole in a maxima comes around the blindspot doing around fourty or so. I have no choice but to go or he's gonna slam right into me. I pull out in first at about three quarters throttle and hit a water puddle which sends me into a slight drift (all of this on accident). I should have given the guy in the maxima a middle finger, but I didn't.Pull up the next lane find a spot, and park. Next thing I know a damn bike officer pulls up and asks for my license and regis. Then, after about twenty seconds, while I'm still reaching for the glove box, he demands it. I hand it to him, and he tells me he's issueing a citation for exhibition of accleration. I tell him the event with the maxima, and the water, but his response was total bullshit. He writes up the ticket (which takes thirteen minutes), and causes us to miss the movie. I was never an asshole, and answered everything with sir after it.

I am fighting this one. My buddy in the passenger seat said he would go to court and be a witness. This is the biggest bullshit I have ever had to deal with.

What would you guys do?

What would I do, what would I do? Well I'd kindly ask him if I could show him exactly what happened. Id take my car back over to the "scene of the crime" have him stand just a few feet outside the puddle on his bike. Then biggity bam Id drift into that fucker and knock his ass of his gay patrol bike and right on his fat white ass! I hate that shit man,

The display of acceleration thing is bullshit. Anyone with knowledge about a damn rwd car, would know that they are absolute shit in water. with my s13 the damn road could be just damp and the bitch will drift all over the place. hell if he was going to cite you, you might well had to him where to shove his bike...at least then you would have earned the damn thing.

I had an experience like that on memorial day. I was cruising on the highway and out of at least 8 cars doing like 80 in a 55 he picks my ass out for not having my lights on, and there was still damn lights outside, and plenty of it. Then he gives me this shit about my window tint, and gives me an order to have it removed. He told me that in va the limit is 50% tint, mine was only 38, you could see through my windows in the dark. What an asshole. I hate cops, and I hate profiling, all the fuckers do it. I can't imagine the shit i'm going to go through once i finally put my bomex kit and new wing on..

yeah well here in hawaii there is the thing called Recon and if u dont have it u can get pulled over jus for having exhaust, drop, rims, etc...and when the cop pulls u over for Recon he can give u tickets for everythin u have...no recon sticker=55 bucks, wing=57 bucks, tint=i think 20 bucks a window, and many other things, heck one cop threatened to have my friends car towed because he had so much shiet on his car...so be glad u dont have Recon where u live...peace

yep here in hawaii, hawaii is the only state that has it and oahu is the only island in the state that has it...if u have ANY mods on your car u have to go and get recon...there is only one place that can issue them and they are only open like 2 hours each day M-F...very mod that u have on your car needs to have paperwork to get passed...there are certain guidelines that u have to follow in order to get recon ie: bottom of front license plate has to be 12" off the ground and middle of headlights have to be like 23" off the ground, rims cant be more than 2" more or less than stock, suspension has to allow for 2" of vertical travel...shiet like that...supposedly the purpose for it is to make cars safe for the road...but recon is mostly a way for the state government to make money because u have to pay to get the recon...and if u dont get it u risk hte chance of gettin tickets from a cop for every single mod u have on your car
