Bit of an odd question.

I suppose this is to anyone who has made a custom header before. The SR20DE/T engines have ovalish shaped exhaust ports. I've looked at various sites on the net for mandrel piping for headers, such as jegs, summit, and have never seen anything with that shape on one end. Is that because it doesn't exist? If so, how do you guys make the custom headers? Is it just a matter of manipulating the pipe?

Also, anyone have the hook up on piping, know a good place to get some?

Get a head flange made. go buy a bunch of U bends the appropriate size. and have fun welding :)

I'll take pictures of some SERIOUS header action from KA's when i got out to dad's friend's place ;)

Uh. ok.

So no one knows what the deal with the piping to match the port size is? The KA is a squarish port, compared to the ovalish SR, just wondering how you guys do it!
