every time i ordered, my parts came in exactly one week.
except for my brake rotors, which were on back order from brembo and were shipped from their plant in socal. those came 3 weeks after i ordered. i would have liked it if they told me they were on back order when i ordered, so i didn't have to call them when the other part of my order arrived (which shipped to my old address for some unknown reason), wondering what happened to the rotors.
other than that one snafu, great guys.

I can't remember who i dealt with specifically... Ken i think?
Anyways, another positive review.
the ppl at enjuku helped me out when my deadlines got all fux0r'd up durring my swap. They went out of their way to make sure that my parts got to me in time, expedited shipping, and charged me NOTHING extra... maybe that's not typical, or maybe it is.... either way, I highly recommend them.
dealt with them when i first got my 240. ken was great help picking out suspension for my car. excellent customer service

Enjuku are some great guys. After our car crashed on friday's practice for Formula D, they stayed up and helped us repair the car, even taking parts off of their own cars. Really cool guys, and we have nothing but good things to say about them.

I had the shop order an SR intake, and it took 2 months to ship. When it got here, it was the wrong size intake. Now this is a reputable shop with an account with Enjuku. I don't know what happened but I have never heard anything bad about them. I really don't know what to say.
I won't order from Enjuku any more, and the shop dropped Enjuku as a supplier. Such a shame. I don't know why it turned out this way.

Enjuku = NO
Did not provide me a tracking number after I ordered, E-mailed them and they said UPS is suppose to give me one, after one week, I called UPS and told them I have a package and I was wondering when it would come. UPS said they need a tracking number and that they never give tracking numbers. After begging for a while, it turns out that the springs was indeed shipped, 1st @ the wrong address, 2nd nobody was home, 3rd my neighbor recieved it. My neighbor btw = thieves, it took me a while to coax it out of them that they indeed had my springs. And for the shocks? I don't even know how to get to them, if they were indeed shipped, with what tracking number, and
Enjuku also took the money out of the credit card.
This could have all been avoided if they gave me the tracking number to begin with.
Will never order from them again.

Enjuku has been extremely good. I've bought probably thousands of dollars worth of parts and never had a problem. I usually deal with Ray, but Ken is the man. Eric and Teddy are also very helpful. Will def buy from them again...probably tomorrow..
For the people that had a problem call and talk to Ken, he will get you fixed up.

So it seems that you are the odd man out in this thread. Sounds like there might have been a mix-up sure, but I know for a fact Ken and the guys there would not idly stand by and not take care if this problem. Talk to them and I guarantee they will right things.....
Anywho....I've known Ken for a long time...longer than before his business ventures and now drift team which seem to be quite the big thing. Good to see the business hasn't gotten to him and he's still an A+ guy...

Kni1ves, this is Teddy from Enjuku.
Just saw the problems you had with us in the past, and whatever I need to do to regain you as a customer I have no problem doing - short of giving the shop away :). Shoot me an email to
[email protected], AIM = enjukuteddy, or even give me a call at the office I'll do whatever I can do make right the bad service you received.
As with any large business some customers unfortunately fall through the net and get less than satisfactory service and for that I apologize. Not trying making excuses, just want the opportunity to fix it.
Thanks,

I bought a raditaor cooling pannel from them for my s14 kouki. They told me that the zenki and kouki were the same. They are not the same. I sent them pictures and explained to them why it didn't fit months ago. I have yet to recieve a response. I do not support Enjuku and express my opinion to everything I come in contact with.

i bought a used s13 smic from them awhile back. they told me that it had a dent in it but was in working condition, so i bought it. got it a week later only to find a freakin hole the size of a quarter at one of the corner. i called them and told them the situation and sent them pics of the smic. i even spoke to the manager, only to hear his response, "We can't refund you your money. You knew you were buying a "used" item." i said, "You told me it was in working condition! This isn't a working condition when the smic has a hole in it." needless to say, i didin't get my money back or an exchange. fuck them!! i don't do business with them anymore.

i have personally bought over 3000 dollars in parts from them and i will say this, they have HORRIBLE SHIPPING PEOPLE. i got sent a bushing kit that was missing bushings, the wrong oil filter which ended up blowing off the side of the block and soaking my alternator which killed it. then, i got given the wrong belts.
HOWEVER, they fixed all of this promptly and without question. they didnt even ask me to send them any of the wrong parts, they just sent new ones. they even gave me a new (used) alternator to replace mine. all in all i think they are by far the best shop ive dealt with.

I support enjuku I have bought many suspension and engine parts from them, and like nismo said always had great contact. There websites not sketchy, i think its one of the easiest layouts to deal with. I live in Richmond Va and I always recieve my order, be it sway bars or ss lines within 3 Buisness days after i order. Recently recieved an unfinished ss oil feed fitting which i had to drill out myself. Jason comped me a line, and althoguh im still waiting for it i know it will come. Good guys, when i bought a megan down pipe from them it was on backorder taking 3 months i called them and they sent me a greddy downpipe at no cost.

I've gotton probably over 12k worth of stuff for my cars of the past year or two and never had an issue.
As for buying a SMIC used, just like on these forums request a picture, but Ken is the owner, best thing if there is an issue call him he is awesome to deal with.
As far as the cooling panel, I do a lot of server admin work and lots of times emails will be kicked with attachments, sometimes spam filters etc...whenever emailing a company an attachement, call them (They have an toll free line) ask for who you spoke with and ask if they got the email. to judge someone based on one email is hard. Again best bet is call talk to Ken right after.

enjuku FTW. only people that complain on a good company are those who cant fit anything right on their car. please, let someone else do even the oil change for you. you are mechanically hazardous if u cant make the panel fit.
i dont understand why u had a bad experience with them. maybe its one time thing

To the guys who are wondering why enjuku isn't commenting on this its because by the forum rules they cant, as stated in the rules at the top of the page it specifically states that reviewees should not be posting in their review's.
On that note I can say nothing but great things about enjuku, I have always experienced great customer service and they shipped my products very fast. A++++++ company in my opinion and I will continue to do business with them.

I've pretty much bought all my parts through Enjuku and never really had a problem that stemmed from them, some stuff was backordered, but thats out of their control.
Pretty much I think if your a reasonable person that isnt a douchebag, enjuku will do all in their power to make sure your shit gets their promptly and in order, and you get a good deal, and in the event something does go wrong they will try and correct it as best as possible... Atleast thats been my experience.

Well heres a little more of my story.
I ordered a bunch of parts from them, drove 4 hours round trip to pick up part of my order, got there 1/2 of the parts that they "said" were in, WERE NOT. Ended up driving back with 1/2 of what I ordered. My motor showed up in their shop about a month after I ordered it, it then sat there for a week without even being looked at. They finally got around to looking over the motor, and found broken clips, a missing MAF, and a bent fuel rail. The clips were fixed, and the MAF and fuel rail "should" be coming this week. I'm can undersand part of the delays, but the fact that it sat for a week without being looked at kind of pissed me off. Just sharing part of my experience.

I got my motor from them, all of the clips were fixed, and everything came in working order. Got it wired up and it purs like a kitten. Through all of the delays, missing parts, broken clips, and I am overall VERY happy with Enjuku. They could have just sent the motor out and let me deal with the problems, but instead they fixed it in house before sending it out to the customer. That counts for a lot IMO.

Enjuku is A++ in my book. I ordered a Circuit Sports Coolant Reservoir, and it was on backorder a month or so. But I told Ken I'd wait and everything was fine, got an email when it went out and everything. I've spent around 2k with these guys, and I have never felt like I should've taken my money elsewhere. my experience with enjuku
ordered BV RUCA
immediately got automated e-mail confirmation
-1 weeks later nothing
called. very friendly guy on the phone. said they were backordered.
-2 weeks later post-order
called again. still backordered, should ship by friday or monday.
-3 weeks later post-order.
no additional info. was busy at work. friendly sounding gf called for me. i figured they were sick of hearing my voice. they said shipping very soon. she called again the next day. shipping as soon as cali office opens up. got tracking info around 2 or 3pm EST... which is roughly 11 or 12 cali time i think. pretty good.
-4 weeks later.
received ruca today.
overall:
they are legit. but i think you guys knew that already.
over the phone customer service is A+. guys who work the phones do a great job.
imo, communication needs improvement... if something is backordered you should not have to call to find out. an e-mail or something should go out asap.
otherwise i wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. just remember you have to call to get the A+ customer service.

Wanted to post up about my most recent transaction with Enjuku. Not only did they have killer deals on alot of OEM SR20 parts I needed in a quick hurry, they also have great prices on most everything else and I enjoyed the free shipping deal going on for July.
I was promptly called the day of the order to confirm which oil pickup I was needing based off all the other parts I had ordered, proving these guys know what's going on (obviously) but also that they are keeping on top of orders. I even got a $20 off coupon for the next purchase.
For such a well-known place and with all the things they have going on, customer service is top notch. Hell I could never get close to that type of follow-up from local "shops" that no longer exist for a good reason.
Thanks and keep up the good work ya'll!

I have bought many parts from Enjuku Racing and communicated with Ken by email. I have asked him for a few price quotes and never had problems. All my transactions never had complaint issues with customers service or with the ordered parts themselves.
I always did my research so I knew what I was ordering, how to install it, and shopped around for the current market price. I ended up coming back to Enjuku Racing because they offer great specials like the free shipping weekends and always got an email response from Ken.
I understand all companies are not perfect, but some if not all companies attempt to correct their errors. As consumers of aftermarket parts we have to assume a degree of risk that of course these parts will not fit perfectly like stock/oem parts and we have to invest time and maybe money into "fab" work to make it fit. Some people will encounter situations like this some will not.
To have the owner, Ken in contact with me throughout my order and answering questions on price quotes is a huge plus and very much appreciated. Excellent service Ken!!

yea Enjuku has a bad habit of not keeping their website up to date. And not letting you know when you order that those parts aren't in. they like to wait till the shipped what they have to go.. OH hey btw this stuff wasn't in so it will be a 4-5wk wait.
so shitty online exp.
but when i call and talk they are pretty helpful. and down at their shop is always a good time.
so it's 50/50.. i just wish they would step up their upkeep online

I've ordered well over $5000 worth of parts from them and have never once had a problem. I always call and ask for Jason and he can usually tell me how long i'll be waiting for my part with pinpoint accuracy. Enjuku is the freaking Shit!!!!!!!!!! A++++++++++
Man, Ken and those guys are awesome. They show you a lot of respect and the customer service is beyond. I bought Stance from them, and I had technical questions, Ken gave me like a freaking service manual filled advice over the phone!!!
My bushings were bad, and I contacted Enjuku, 2 days later, mother Freakers sent me New Bushings...FREEEEEE of charge!!!!!
That is the kind of experience you can expect from these people.
A freaking Plus!!!!!!! Much love to Ken and Enjuku!

My order has been processing for almost a week now. Sent in a message asking why its taking so long, with no response yet. Guess I'll start calling. Item didn't say it was out of stock or anything. Sad part is my friends told me to order from enjuku to make sure I got it right away!
I'll edit this post with more info later on. So far not a great first experience with enjuku.
Update: Got a response from Enjuku today saying the shipment from the nissan warehouse to theirs was slow causing the delay they didn't predict. They are expressing the item to me now once it arrives. Gotta give them a A+ for customer service as well, they definitely care about their rep and keeping customers happy and coming back.
Although the delay is frustrating, the company is doing what they can to make up for it, I'll be ordering from them again.

Had a great experience with Enjuku:
I ordered a gift from Enjuku a week before xmas, only to find out a few days later that the part was not in stock. The company that manufactures the part was closed for the holidays. But Enjuku sourced one for me and had it delivered in time for xmas. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Great pricing, fast shipping and EXCELLENT customer service.

I just ordered something from them a few days ago, within a few hours I had an email from a guy telling me that my item was on back order, I emailed him back stating "bump for 10% discount due to part being on back order" he stated that if it was their part then yes,, but hey,,, cant blame me for trying!!

Does anyone else have problems getting their items they ordered from them.
Monday(1-25-10)
I ordered a exhaust manifold gasket from them for my SR.
The same day about 5 min later, I order a turbo flange gasket from Full-race.
I recieved confirmation from full race the next day and a tracking number, I recieved the gasket today.
Yesterday Wed(1-27-10)
I checked my order status with enjuku and it still says being processing but the charge has cleared pending in my banking account. I sent them an email yesterday,, No response,, I called today,, no answer, I sent another email today to a different department,, and still no response..
I havent even heard from them stating whether it is on back order or not.
I've seen people speak highly of this company but I am not feeling so good about them. I had a problem with them in the past about an item but that item was something I would consider not widely ordered so I decided to give them another chance.. Its just a gasket and Im not understanding the problem...
Has anybody else had problems with them??
Maybe I am just impatient but I ordered another part from another company the same day within 5 minutes and have already recieved it..
Never have had a problem with Enjuku Racing or known anybody that has.
I think you're being impatient. For all you know they could be closed today.

im sure that it will come in, I just have high expectations when it comes to businesses. I feel that if a company is going to offer a service then they need to be on top of their game. If someone is going to be out for a week does not mean the market is going to stop. I guess I just expect people to handle their business in the same manner as I do. plus I work in the oil and gas industry and if a customer calls and needs something we get it to them right then, slow services in my undustry of work will get you looked over the next time they need something!!

ken probably deals with 100+ emails a day then add the weekends that like 200+ and plus getting these sent out. a process like this is a headache when you alone are doing it and once awhile you get help here and there to catch up. trust me i've dealt with stuff similar like this before and you wont get it done in a day when you have alot of task along with it. most of the time people screw up and and you'll have to problem solve an issue cause the client or costumer left out some info thats important.
be patient.
ken is a good guy he'll help you out soon enough.

Am i the only one having a bad experience with Enjuku? It took almost two weeks for my parts to get to my house (from florida to california) which isnt a big deal. But i only received half the stuff i ordered. The deal went completely through ken via pms and email. I email him about the problem, no reply. So i call enjuku, leave a message, no call back.
Its been over a week since i received the first shipment with half of my parts and i have heard NOTHING back from ken or enjuku.
If my stuff is on backorder, fine. But atleast return my call or email.

It is nearing the 4th of July.. that could have something to do with it.
The last order I got from Enjuku I sent probably 20 e-mails back and forth to Ken making sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the project I was working on and never had to wait more than a couple hours to get a reply.
Then when one of the parts I ordered was back ordered they just upgraded me to a Stance version of the same product (which was listed for $70 more) free of charge.

I read somewhere (I think on their 4th of July sale thread) that they'd be out until Tuesday July 6. I've ordered almost every part on my car from them and plan to until it's finished (or I run out of money lol).
The only problem I've ever had is when stuff is backordered and they don't tell you, but I'd say it's just easier to wait it out and ship it when it comes in than to track down everyone who ordered a backordered part to tell them about it.

I'd like to write this review, to show my appreciation for the guys at enjuku. Recently, they had a free shipping promotion, during the Labor day weekend. Of course being in Hawaii, I didn't think they were going to hook us up. Boy, was I wrong!!! :smash: They offered free shipping, on anything that didn't have to go by freight, so I ordered a bunch of stuff. I just want to say thanks, for hooking us Hawaii/PR/AK guys up. So many companies overlook us, when they have sales. We are into cars, just as much as anyone else!! I hope other companies take heed, to what enjuku did. I'm not saying to include us in every sale, due to the fact that shipping items to us IS more expensive. But, I don't think once a year, is going to cause your company to go bankrupt, considering how much we would order. Thanks again enjuku, and I look forward to your next sale that includes us!! :p

One of the orders was for an ISIS M-Spec Intercooler kit for the KA24DE. 2 Boxes arrived and I noticed that there were missing pipes, silicon couplers, and clamps. I emailed Ken and he quickly responded apologizing for the issue and overnightedthe missing "3rd" box to me and I got it the next day.
Ken was also able to save me nearly 50% on my turbo build with free shipping. He is a great guy to deal with and a true asset to an organization.

Just recently received and installed a white bunny clutch kit from them. Kind of sucks they don't carry it, but they sent out the order ASAP to Competition Clutch and I got my stuff on time. This clutch is freaking awesome, btw.

Great company and great to deal with. I've ordered 3 times from them, all have been around $800 orders. Everything was packed well and nothing has been damaged when I've received it and the shipping is fairly fast from florida up to Canada it usually takes about 7 days.
I remembered always hearing cometic headgaskets were good so I ordered one as part of my order, then after decided to look them up and heard that they weren't good at all so I messaged Ken and asked if I could switch to a cosworth before my order was shipped out and he switched it out for me free of charge.
One of my orders included a tomei oil cap and for some reason the order wasn't being shipped out. So I called in and found out they were being recalled because some were leaking so the order hasn't been shipped out yet. I was slightly disappointed because I could have been working on getting my engine back ready to go as part of the order were arp headstuds that I was waiting on to continue. So they sent the rest of the stuff express via air which arrived within 2-3 days.
Very happy with everything. Great people, great products, great selection and great prices. Almost everything I've needed or looked for has been available through enjuku. I'd definitely refer my friends and everyone else looking for 240/sr20 parts to enjuku no doubt about it.

I've normally had nothing but good experience with the few parts I've ordered through Enjuku, but today I tried ordering a $15 EGR block off plate (Isis) and at checkout shipping was $15, sorry, but I'm not paying $15 shipping on a small piece of metal that could be shipped for max $5. Why order on Enjuku when I can get the same part on FRsport and usually get it within 3 days?

By all means contact us if you see an issue like this. Our website is only able to calculate via UPS shipping. And UPS shipping on 1 lb or less package can be anywhere from $7-18 depending on your exact zipcode and if you are in a rural area or not.
We do also ship via USPS every day, if you give us a ring. Shipping via USPS is ~$6 flat rate for that item anywhere in the US. We can also send these via US First class mail with some stamps on an envelope which runs about $3 but has no tracking, no insurance, and no guarantees.
Sincerely

not going to be negative ,,shit happens
just hoping to keep everyone in check..
If you place big orders (multiple items not cost) with them,,
do it online....
There is no system in place with phone orders no notify customers
of back orders...
*My order (at least 80% of it) was back ordered for a week and it took me calling asking for tracking numbers to find this out..
* received no receipt ,,no invoice till i asked for it 1/12weeks later
*CLEARLY ordered a megan trans mount and was sold and charged for the megan whole mount kit..
Then was told it was my mistake because they don't sell it separately..quickly showed him it had a part number on HIS website and that was sold separately.. given some more BS>>>
*ordered all stance rear arms,,,more than a week later back ordered,,ok SPL??,,YA ill get them out,,,next day<< back ordered but we can get them to ya w/o TI component,,,ok whats the price difference ??,,your good we will cover it (btw around15 each) ,,,,
When it came time to refund three items (one out of production, one back ordered, and one their fuckup) they slipped the difference of the arms back into my credit ...kool :/
nothing to cry over ,,but they didn't go out of their way at all to compensate
for what was really just oversight and lack of communication ...about 3weeks to get everything...
98% of my order they didnt have in stock
(ordered over the phone) >ok no biggie,,
this is one week after paying mind you...
80% of it back ordered a week later>lame
I have ordered from them about five other times and its been ok ..so 1 out of 5..
sorry so sloppy ..at work;)

This is scary b/c this seems like what I may be going through, originally ordered a set of megan racing mounts (the whole kit) come to find out was on back order.. ok cool, was recommended the megan racing trans mount and the circuit sports motor mounts. Was assured the items were "in stock" with the rep on the phone, said he was looking right at them. Just got my shipment in today, no motor mounts, no invoice and no one answering the phones. WTF really? I really hope my mounts are just in another package or Im gonna be a very unhappy customer.

You also have to keep in mind how the business works. Popular stuff that they will pretty much be guaranteed to sell regularly, will be kept in stock. The other stuff, usually special order.
It sucks if someone said they were looking at it and it was in stock and that turned out not to be the case. Maybe they were just BSing to get you to spend the money... or maybe they had a similar part that looked the same but wasn't... or maybe they really had the part and by the time your order was placed, and in cue to pull the parts, a previously placed order already took that item.
In any case, I always find it best to place the order online that way you can verify part numbers, etc... leaves VERY LITTLE room for mistakes to happen.
I DO WISH THEY HAD A BETTER SYSTEM TO SHOW WHAT IS IN STOCK AND WHAT ISNT... AS WELL AS AN AUTOMATED TRACKING NUMBER SYSTEM. Sometimes I get tracking info, sometimes I don't, sometimes I do if I call and ask for it.
Overall though, Enjuku is the ONLY retailer I buy from.
Thanks KEN!!!

Just talked to my buddy at Megan and their mounts will be in on Friday. The Megan motor mounts have been a big seller and even Megan was completely out of stock. So if you want the Megans, they can probably ship from straight Megan (Cali) to you via FedEx Ground (usually 4-5 days). Best case would be that you'd get them the following Friday if everything went smoothly.
You just gotta keep in mind that even as big as Enjuku is, and even as big as Megan is.. its not like Advanced Autoparts or Autozone where they have thousands of stores and huge warehouses all over the country with every part in stock somewhere.
Enjuku will get them to you as quickly as they can.

I am very sorry for any issues. I was out of the office last week and I know the guys were slammed, so they may not have been able to get all the phone calls.
Please email me directly with you name and order number if you have it and will get to te bottom of it ASAP. I am pretty sure both items are on the shelf, but I have been out for a week and stock changes by the min. A lot of times the guys can see something on the shelf and it already was sold earlier in the day but not pulled from the shelf and boxed yet.
If that did happen I would assume the sales rep shipped the missing part from the manufacturer.
I wish there was a better inventory system however with hundreds of thousands of parts and hundred of manufacturers it is virtually impossible to keep track of their inventory along with ours.
Again please email me or call me and I will get you taken care of
Thanks

this one was a simple explanation and nothing out of the ordinary. The shipping guys here didn't think we had the motor mounts on the shelf and had them shipped directly from Circuit Sports. Hence the one box that was missing his mounts. The mounts are on the way to the customer from Circuit Sports.

Ken ended up emailing me directly and making things right. He was very cool about it. The issue was that I ordered the pan, and I received an email confirmation. No email was ever sent saying it was back ordered or not in stock, and that is fine if they didn't have it in stock, no biggie. At that point in time though (within the next 24 hours) I should have received a call or email stating there would be a wait, but this never happened. Then I called 2 weeks later and the employee acted surprised/uninterested/pre-engaged in something else, said "Oh yeah I see it on order with Nissan, should be here today or tomorrow, you should have it by the weekend, yep!" I thought awesome, a bit of a heads up would have been nice, but that's fine, I'm stoked to get the motor back in the car! Then a 2 weeks pass so I call again on Monday/Tuesday last week (can't remember which) and the same guy, again half paying attention said literally the EXACT same statement. I said back "That is literally exactly what I was told two weeks ago" thinking someone forgot. He responded with "We never know with OEM stuff, sorry"
Look if items are back ordered or out of stock EVEN if your website were to say its in stock, THAT'S OK, that is life, that is business. But had I not called would I still be waiting? Is it not unreasonable to expect some sort of communication from them if I have to wait almost a Month on an item?
I worked in this aftermarket industry for years in Minnesota here, I just expected more customer service. Had someone been honest with me from the get go this never would have happened. If a customer called me about a back ordered item I would NOT just say "IDK we can never be sure, hopefully today?!" I would do the due diligence and call my supplier/manufacturer/what have you and find out for the customer, after all, they are paying MY paycheck. Enjuku's job is not doing me favors by supplying these parts, I can get them at 100 different places.
On a side note Ken has been stellar via email, and was pleasing to see his response, over a weekend! Props to you sir, seriously, that is great service. I have a feeling had I worked with him from the beginning we would have been peachy.
No more hate on the company, Ken pulled it together, the taste has left my mouth. I just wanted to know if this is the service people expect, because as paying customers, we deserve more from EVERY company.

why? because its enjuku. you never have any worries. they are more worried about helping you than taking your money.

I wanted to share my most recent experience with them as well.
I've been ordering car parts for a LONG time. I used to use enjuku but as of late I have been using FRSport.
I needed a specific part that FRSport didn't carry (ISIS high pressure power steering line) so I ordered along with some other OEM items.
First there was a large delay. It took almost 3 weeks to get my items, stuff they claimed to have in stock.
Second they drop ship everything so I received different packages at different times and that seemed to slow the process down. I understand it keeps overhead low but overall it inconveniences the customer.
Third they never actually sent me all the parts. I ordered an exhaust gasket that was simply never shipped even after the 3 week wait. I got that part refunded.
Forth I ordered a HKS radiator cap and it was listed as a 1.3 bar on their website. When it arrived it was a 1.1 bar. I returned that and they since have adjusted their website.
Fifth and worst was the customer service I experienced throughout the experience. I ordered during SEMA so they shut their phones down. That's understandable but they said they would process orders as they always do and they would be available to answer questions via Email. I never heard any response to my questions via email and had to wait until the next week when their phones opened up to get any answers.
They also weren't even close to apologetic when it came to my inconvenience and were borderline rude on the phone.
Overall I don't recommend them to anyone and I've been sure to let all my friends know of my experience. Maybe I'm spoiled by FRSport but this is not how I think a large business should operate.

Hey Matt,
As you know, the large delay was due to SEMA. The industry becomes a ghost town for that week, every year. Thats a part of why we offer discounts during that week of sales, to make up for any delays that our customers may have to endure.
You received 2 different packages, the radiator cap, and the other parts minus the 3 bolt gasket. Unfortunately I can't go back in time to change anything, but that gasket was back ordered, and I am sorry our online sales rep failed to inform you about that. But you received everything else within 2 weeks(thats including the week we were closed for SEMA). I've refunded you for the gasket as you requested, I'm sorry we couldn't get that to you promptly.
As for the HKS typo on the website, the HKS radiator caps were always 1.3 in the past, they recently changed the design, making it a 1.1, but and we made the mistake of not updating our database. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. And we were happy to refund you as requested, no questions asked. Whatever it is we had to do to make you happy.
I was the person who spoke to you on the phone, I don't recall being rude in any fashion, but I am sorry you felt that way. If you decide you need anything in the future from us, I'll be happy to offer you more discounts for the inconvenience we caused you. If there is anything I can do just let me know personally, my email is
[email protected] or you can call me.
SEMA week is a short staff week, orders get processed, drop ship items get drop shipped, our emails are down just like our phones are for that week. I'm not trying to win your business from any other company, I'm just trying to right what you feel we did wrong.
Thank you for your time, I wish you the best with your build.

I appreciate the feedback but the bottom line is that FRSport would have had my package to me in 3 days from when I ordered it, granted its west coast but even 5 days would have been sufficient, but 2 weeks has seriously hurt the build process of my car.
The apology I got here was needed over the phone. Thanks again for the follow up.

I've dealt with Enjuku many times, always been great, never had any issue.
If a part was going to take longer than expected they always kept me in the loop.
I'll be buying from them again real soon as they always have the best prices and service.
flatout

I've never had a issue with enjuku. I've talked with BG over the phone to order and wasn't rude the slightest bit..they always have killer deals and prices. I just hate the Florida sales tax

Like I said in the past I order most of my stuff from Enjuku and just started dealing with alex there. Great man always looks out for me and all. ya knwo people come on here and bitch and whine and all but the fact of the matter is your building a car. Seriously so you had to wait a few extra days is it gonna kill you???? NO its not. Also you would have had yoru stuff from FRsport becasue they are only a day away from you Enjuku is 3000 miles away so yes its gonna take longer. I mean my god so a few small things happened its LIFE GET OVER IT. I have ordered stuff and had to wait for parts no one is perfect, and if they have to drop ship something its becase they dont' have it in stock again SHIT HAPPENS. Im sick and tired of people bashing good componys becasue of a small mishap. idk just my 2cents but seriously why not talk to them befor you come on a fourm and bash the hell out of em over something so small

enjuku needs an option that shows if whether the item is on stock or not. i bought coils took like 3 weeks because they didnt have them in stock i didnt know until i decided to call them. other than that no problems.

When you have a competition in the future and the parts are needed to put the motor back in the car it can be a big deal. They said on their website that things will ship out normally during sema week and they didn't ship until the week after. Threw off my whole build and now I'm not going to be able to finish everything on time.
Sometimes businesses needed to take accountability for poor communication and lack of empathy, hence my post.

I ordered some stuff back in 2005 iirc. They called me personally to make sure they had my order right. I have not ordered anything else through them since, no particular reason but they seemed legit to me.

Local shop for me
know a few dudes there
they are always on top of their stuff and always strive for excellent communication and to get the parts out as soon as possible
I doubt they would leave anyone in the dark on anything. Especially if you got ahold of them and told them about your issue.

Always helpful and shipping is always fast, They do some incredible work also, I dont trust many shops to work on it but I have all the faith in the world with them, they are currently doing my LS swap. :bigok:

First off did you place an ONLINE order???? If you did then seriously tough shit. You should have checked first. second people and businesses make mistakes again GROW UP AND DEAL WITH IT its life. Also you ordered stuff at the worst time of the year I mean really use some common sence.

How is it common sense to know that a company wont follow through with their promises. It said clearly on their website that orders will ship normally during SEMA week. Why should I believe that they wouldn't follow through with that promise?
Also this is 2012, everything is ordered online. I run an online business myself and if I used your logic I would be out of business.
No need to get excited, just sharing MY experience. The more you comment on it the more this gets bumped up and the shop you keep defending looks worse and worse. Just let it go.

Some of the sales reps are out of the office currently so that may have been the reason for the delay.
Give us a call today (352)241-8399, or e-mail me directly,
[email protected] and include the name the order was placed under, and the Order ID if possible, and I will pull up all the information for you and get this squared away immediately!
I apologize about any delays, we have been incredibly busy over the last few weeks preparing for, and going through the Black Friday sales.

I believe I found your order, I have re-sent the e-mail with a copy of the invoice which includes the tracking number.
If you do not see this e-mail it is a possibility the sales rep copied down your e-mail incorrectly. Send me an e-mail (
[email protected]) with the name that was used for this order and I will get you tracking immediately if you did not receive an e-mail.
All piston orders from Friday have shipped so its just a matter of getting you the appropriate tracking number so you can keep an eye on the shipment.
