timing chain q's

before i did anything i would regret i wanted to verify the timing guides i oculd take off. i already took the top on off my ka24de but the rattle is still there. so i took the upper cover off and the timing chain is rubbing on the right guide and i have read that you can remove this one also. so is this the right one? thanks

u want the tensioner, and both guides.... the upper u can discard....

A lot of people say you can remove the UPPER SIDE guide as well as the UPPER GUIDE.

I removed both upper ones on mine, and so far, so good.
