I have had it for a few months and I think it's alright. Can't really tell though because no one has broken into my car, but it looks sturdy and well built. The only problem I've had is that one of the keys that came with it have broke on me already just because there is a small dent on it, and the lock is really picky about it. Other than that I'd get it just for peace of mind I guess. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

I have it too and it seems to be constructed really well. that infomercial is soo funny, all set up, with "actual" thieves. Well I think that if someone's going to try to jack your car, they most likely planned to and will somehow bypass it if they've done their research. If all else fails for them, they will probably fuck with your car, take everything they can and do something because they've already broken in to your car... At any rate, the autolock works for me

The autolock is good, I use it on my 240. But the autolock only prevents thieves from stealing your car, not from them taking stuff inside your car as drift into a curb said. Its best to have an alarm.
My only gripe with using the autolock is that it scratches up your clutch pedal (MT), brake pedal (AT), or surrounding panels after taking it on and off many times. Imagine if you had some very nice and expensive Razo pedals or a newly painted interior. Ouch.
Also, what if the theives purposely mess up your autolock by sticking superglue or some glue to the keyhole of the autolock? Then how are you going to remove the autolock? Just a thought.
