Antiseize on plug threads, okay?

When I was still in HS our auto trades teacher said when installing spark plugs to put antiseize on the threads, so as not to damage the head. Is it okay to do the same with my 240? Im asumming it is, but just checking cause he was an old school kind of guy, and I need to put my plugs in.

Just a very small amount!!
Dont get any on the electrode tip or ceramic, help fouls the plug faster.
