Well im gonna sell my 18 inch axis touring cups. My tires are pretty bald right now so i went to see how much tires are and the cheapest ones are like 130 each and thats wayyyyyyyy to much for me to afford considering im only in high school. So anyway im sellin them and buying 17s which are much more affordable. What wheels do you guys think would look good on my car? Im lookin for a set of wheels and tires for around $1000. Post pics of ones you think would look nice

Your car looks good with those rims. Why not just get them in 17's then? Unless you don't like them

I do like them but I will spend a while cleaning them and the next day they will be all nasty with brake dust already. Also if i were to get 17s in those it would still be 200 bucks over my budget. Right now these are the wheels i am leaning towards...

Hey 95twoforty, how was the ride with your 18s??

Was it really harsh or was it pretty comfortable??

Also what about your handling with the 18s was it better than the 16s?

I think you should get the first picture

jps: i dont know how much they weigh. it really isnt an issue for me because pretty much whatever i get will be lighter than what i have now.

matt: the ride with the 18s isnt too bad but still obviously pretty rough because i had 35 profile tires on there. On smooth roads it feels like any other car but when it gets bumpy you can really feel it. Handling wise, i dont know because i have never driven the car without these rims on it.

Also, anyone wanna buy these bad boys from me? 400 bucks
they are like 250 a piece new i think

btw, with your color get them in gunmetal with a polished lip, if available. that would look great.
