I did a quick search and really didn't find any information. I'm guessing these gauges are fairly new, since this is the first time I've noticed here.

Here is the link: http://phase2motorsports.stores.yahoo.net/cisp52slmga.html

I really like the price and overall look of the gauges (wish they had amber light though). I'm thinking about buying three of them...but first I wanted to know if anyone on this forum is using one or more of these gauges.

They're nice. You can probably just replace the bulb if you wanted to.

look very similar to megan guages. usually from what i have seen all the BF knockoffs dont have strong LEDs which makes them very hard to read in the daytime, has a hard time overcomming the tinted lens.

also you cant change the bulbs on thoes type of gauges without cracking them open and re soldering stuff

imo id rather have used hks/greddy/whatever than brand new taiwan

i've seen these gauges around a lot, i guess they're trying to make a name for themselves. They're a lil small for my likings (52mm IIRC) still sweet looking tho

Thos gauges are crap, and photoshoped to enhance their apperance.

I know for a fact, no stock gauge clusters are that dim...not even the 240sx. Tho they are dim...just not THAT dim.

uhh does your car not have a dimmer switch? lol

i doubt that picture is photoshopped
it just looks bright from the exposure time

Yeah, you know how crappy the 240sx gauges are, even turned on max.

damn even worse than autometer? I need some good gauges but really cant afford defi or any like that. I need some good cheap alternatives, I thought these would be ok, guess not.

Uhh whats wrong with autometer? IIRC they're used in NASCAR and all the old school dragsters swear by them.

in my opinion they just look cheap, i kind of like the carbon faced ones but just dont meet my tastes aesthetically especially with the interior because i will be looking at it all the time

yeah because its sold by a USA company (not actually made in usa, of course) and old motherfuckers eat that shit up with a shovel.

autometer is crap, look on the website, instead of a zero tick they all just have a box. and if you look at all the different pictures of guages, the needle is always in a different place in the box. badass calibration. am i at 7 pounds or 10 pounds? ah fuck it whatever, this autometer gauge sure looks gangster though.

^^I can second that. I used to sell autometer at my old work, and they never were zero. What i noticed was the zero line was pretty thick so it looks zero'd but all the other lines were smaller. We also carried stewart warner, they were the worst guages ive seen. It looks and feels like quality, but if you just tap them the needle would change its zero position. Horrible.

anybody actually use the gauges? Id like to see some real pictures of the gauges installed not the ones just on the website.

Everyone said they are crap. At least they have "trendy smoke lenses" though.

maby all you guys tha say they are crap hooked them up wrong. because I hooked mine straight to the ACC cable and then Grounded them to chassis and they are bright as hell. No toruble seeing them during the day. the LED is definetly bright. and they look good at night too not too bright. very satisfied. I am running a Boost gauge on my 90 SR20 Coupe. and I love it. very good. I have the mechanical one so no lil start up dance feature for me. but it is very nice. I'll post pictures later. I got mine from phase 2. :D

My old cluster lights went that dim on the dimmest setting. Also, you've never used these gauges before, so don't say theyre crap.
