Ok my car is very sluggish at low rpms I had a s13 redtop before this motor and it was alot more responsive. especially at low rpms. Like 2 days before it blew up i got my megan manifold so I put that on my blacktop before putting it in the car and I also took the turbo off my redtop b/c it seemed to have less shaft play but that smoked real bad which was due to a bad seal b/c it leaked oil out from the gasket between the greddy diverted outlet pipe and the topspeed downpipe. So i put the black top t25 back on. It doesnt smoke at all and it dosnt hesitate like the other turbo from the redtop. I also noticed with the megan manifold it is alot quiter kinda more high pitch sound before it sounded more deep and loud. Has anyone noticed loss of power with the megan manifold. also I am using a walboro 255 lph fuel pump on the stock regulator, should I have a adjustable one? like sard or nismo? my plugs are gapped at .30 they are ngk 7 copper plugs i want to say bkr7e my old motor and this black top and my friends motor all had 6's I was thinking about going back down to those. Or putting my stock manifold back on. I got my car dynoed it had 222whp and 197wtq the torque seems low and they said my air/fuel was pretty good i think they said it was 11.5:1

any suggestions on weither i should change plugs get a adjustable fpr or change the manifold?

Plugs are fine depending on boost, but I always suggest a gap of .28 for boosted cars. Tubular manifolds usually is for high end HP, so you should lose some torque, that is just how it is. As for FPR, depends on how much boost you running, but usually I suggest it and besides ima using a MEGAN FPR with a guage, hahahah yah w/e, it works and holds and doesn't leak. All good. But with a good tune like an aftermarket piggy back or ecu, should help you a lot. 222whp is not bad at all if you running stock boost, but it doesn't seem like it.

put back 6s, you dont need 7s
plug gap..shouldnt it be .028? i forget off hand
check your gaskets and stuff for leaks
fpr is fine how u have it.

7s are if ur bumping more boost more power etc etc
your setupis pretty stock, go back to 6s

get regular ngks dont get that iridium

Well i put some old ngk iridium 6's in when i say old they looked great but used anyways while doing that i noticed my o2 sensor was completly unplugged and who knows how lond id been driving it like that. when i left it unplugged the first time my car acted really stupid (like a bad or unplugged o2 sensor would be) but my car hasnt been acting like that and it didnt change when i plugged it in. I think its either bad or something strange is happening at the ecu. Let me know what you think this is. i think the plugs made the power come on faster and smoother but id like some new plugs, just waiting on some money though they are like 13 bucks i dont think the advance auto in my town will have them but im gonna check. other wise i gotta find some time to order them. thanks
