I Just Wondered If Any Of You Might Have An Answer For Me. I Have A 92 240sx Coupe With The 3 Projector Headlights. I Have Them Plugged In But When I Turn The Headlights On The Low Beams Work Fine But When I Turn The High Beams On The Low Beam Turns Off And The High Beams Do Not Come On. Help?

The lows are supposed to be that way...something about reducing the electrical load on the car's system. Now if the highs are not turning on, either your wiring is incorrect or the bulbs are blown. It could be also the car's fuses are blown as well. Need more info to properly diagnose your problem like was this a recent install? Or has it worked this way for awhile?

I Know The Low Beams Are Supposed To Turn Off But The High Beams Dont Come On, When I Turn On The High Beams There Are NO Headlights On At All. I Am Gonna Try To Hook Up The Pop Ups And See If Those High Beams Will Turn On.

There are 3 wires on the high beam make sure you wire the right one.
one is positive the other one is the high beam.......I can't remember which one I wire it to...Dark green or brown.......

If you want all three lights to turn on the same time just pull back on the high beam like 1/3.

Well I Hooked Up The Old Pop Ups And The High Beams Did Not Turn On So I Hope It Is Just A Fuse Or Something Now I Just Need To Find Out Where The Fuse Is?

If you think you got the wiring right......check the light bulbs
fusebox should be in the engine compartment.
also check the connector because if it has rust on it doesn't work.
I'll check my wiring later on so I can tell you how I did it.

I forgot I got HID so the wiring is a bit more. Sorry I complicated this post. It should be really straightforward 3 prong into a 3 prong.
1) Check high beam light bulb
2) check fuse (by the battery check for H/LAMP {right and left})
3) check the 3 prong connector make sure they don't have those calcium deposits on it.

When I first got mine it didn't work simply because of the prong connectors have those calcium deposits. My friend cleaned it for me and it's on like donkey kong.

Hopefully now it should work :)

I just love how wildace says the exact same thing as the person who posts before him!!! If he wasnt here, things would never get done, and threads would only be half as long!
