Pop up light problem

Yeah something is wrong now with my pop up lights damn!!! Today when I turned on my highbeams all of a sudden the front left headlamp dies but the one on the right is still on. I pop the hood an check the fuse box and the fuse for that lamp is busted, so I put another 15A-reccomended fuse in the box and turn on the high beams and then again it happens again that fuse goes out too. Help Please!!!!!!

lol my headlights dont go down unless i pull my foot off the brakes ;)

well I disconected the motors so that way I can have them open. But it ticked me off how when I out high beams the left light is out. Why does this happen is there probably a short or something with one of the wires in the fuse box????
