Sr Dropping In Problem

so im dropping in my sr and i have it on the motor mounts and want to get it on to the tranny mounts. the problem is that the motor is hitting the bottom bar where the steering rack sits. could it be bad motor mounts? HELp thanks guys.

where exactly on the motor is it hitting the steering rack. Im really not following what you are saying. Is there any way you could explain it better or post a pic?
