would you sell just the longer stud for us who want extended wheel studs?

ayuaddict

so the 15mm spacer comes with a 60mm stud, which means....the exposed thread section is only 3 mm longer than stock...are they available with longer ones? say 70mm?

Sorry we do not just sell the studs out of the kit, but however I can get you extended studs from Nismo, if you are interested.

Thanks.

Something I wonder about hubcentric spacers. It's 66.2 on the side with the hub but if u use aftermarket wheels like most people do, the size u need where the wheels mount is 73.1 or so. So then u gotta buy hubcentric rings just to make them get a good fit. That's what I had to do when I bought some 15mm hubcentric spacers a couple years back and it sucked to have to do that.

Unless u can order these with 66.2 on the inside and 73.1 on the part the wheels mounts to?

How To Measure?

The widest point of your tire and wheel combination is usually the outside diameter of the tire sidewall. Using a ruler with the straight edge flush with the face of the tire, measure the gap between the outer face of the tire to the inside lip of the fender as shown in the diagram. This will determine the thickness of the spacer you will need.

http://site.ichibausa.com/Photos/measure_small_s.JPG

5MM = 0.197 INCH
8MM = 0.313 INCH
10MM = 0.393 INCH
12MM = 0.473 INCH
15MM = 0.590 INCH
20MM = 0.787 INCH
25MM = 0.983 INCH

good question, do you guys offer/plan to offer wheelcentric and hubcentric spacers for nissans? btw miamigrinch, you'd most likely have to get hub rings for 99.9% of aftermarket rims out there anyway, so its no trouble, but IMO it would be nice if there were less loose pcs and one pc of metal took care of everything...

o.k. well are they supposed to be the same length as the other kits? because with a digitial caliper they ( the ones that came with my 5mm kit) only measure 53.xx mm (end to end) -looks to be the same length as stock-can i exchange theese for longer ones? or did i get incorrect studs with my kit?

the knurling on the wheel studs seems soft too, i had 2 get the knurling strip out on me the second time i put wheels on it, the knurling just twisted off and i had to torch one stud off and use a pry bar and vise grip to get one off at the track, i m replace all the studs with peak studs.

That's the only case we heard so far, but you can always change aftermarket extended studs.

I guess it's factory defected for that stud.

Thanks for your update!

Our spacers are hubcentric already. We are planning to get some extra hub rings for aftermarket wheel due to some customers requested.

Ichibausa - Your spacers larger than 5 mm have a lip - the inside of that diameter is 66.2, making it hubcentric.

What is the outside diameter? That way we know what wheel centric rings to buy, or if we need any at all...

Physically Imposible:aw: There's a "lip"...but thank for the response :)

If the lip is say 2 mm thick, than the outside diameter would be 4 mm larger than 66.2

There lip is there for the wheels to mount on, correct? This is where you'd place a centering ring for the wheels if needed...
