View Full Version : Contacting Deatschwerks having problems??

I am currently trying to get in touch with David at Deatschwerks have left several emails over the last 3 days (probably to the point of annoyance), but haven''t got any back, Anyone know whats going on there? I am not normally so impatient but my car is down due to injector failure, I need to see if it will be taken care of or not.

Any ideas?

I live in New Zealand so that is quite the toll call, what time is it now?

It's 12AM here.. and they're in Oklahoma so they're 3 hours ahead i think? It's 3AM there. In another 5-7 hours, I'm guessing they should be open. And yes, that is quite a toll call. I usually don't rely on e-mails. Businesses are more prompt over the phone.

Its 7.30pm here going to be hard to contact him, thing is you know he answer's emails promptly when your buying. If not full review of Deastshwerks injectors including independant flow test results soon to come. :bs:

Nah, he took 3-5 business days to answer me when I contacted about purchasing. At any rate, good luck.

people need to stop bashing on companys. There a buisness and they must just be busy. Its only been 3 days man, give it a rest. They will get back to you. There well known on zilvia and people trust them. I myself have a new set of 550's sitting arround waiting from them.

Personally I think David is a good guy, but if I were him I would have replied by now. Three days without a car? What would you do, considering that the shipping will take more than a week? My mum needs her car back, and I want to get on with my life. This isn't bashing, dude. I work full time, I NEED to get this sorted ASAP. If you're in business, behave like you are. I check my email every day. I think most people do.

I don't see anyone bashing. He made a point that he's having trouble contacting Dave, that's it.

If someone called you for a few days and then asked where you were, is that a bash? It's more like a general question than anything.
