two plugs that dont plug up

i am finishing up the wiring on my sr20det in my 1989 auto 240 and wanted to know if i am suppose to have two left over plugs on the lower tranny harness? one of the plugs is one that plugs into the s13 fuse box the other plugs into the positive battery terminal wire. these plugs will not fit will i have to make them fit? or are they not needed? thanks

Anything that plugs into the battery terminal is required, unless you don't plan to run anything in the car.

There are 2 harnesses you have to hook up manually on the SR and KA harnesses. They plug in but the pins are wrong. They're the grey and brown plugs.

There are several unused plugs on the KA side, as well as one on the SR side.
