there's like this cylinder piece that came off when i took the throwout bearing for my clutch install. it looks all fudged up. i'm wondering what is it called?? anyway i can replace it?

Its called the clutch release sleeve.

Part number: 30501-0H600

it's for a sr20 tranny. is the ka clutch release sleeve the same?

looks like the piece that the TO bearing is pressed into

ok..i'm really in need of this. but is it possible to install my clutch with this piece all jacked up lookin? i'm working on it as we speak..

That part number was for a SR20DET.

It should be but heres the two part numbers listed for the KA24D(E)

30501-K0461
30501-K0401

Alternate 30501-0H600

Im sure its just been revised any of those part numbers should work for.

thanks silvia you're a great help. i just ordered it at courtesy nissan. and my dumb fuck brother just fuckin finished the install already. now i'm wondering if it's okay to drive with it a release sleeve like that?

it might cause issues for u later on. I drove like that and the clutch pedal would get stuck sometimes.
