alot of question wow lol. I'll help you with some answers off the top of my head....

1st pic...those plugs go to the tranny. The clear plug is your reverse light sensor and the black is for the neutral sensor.
5th pic...that plugs right underneath your intake manifold located on the side of the engine block
7th pic...that is ground for your alternator. Bolt it on your alternator back casing.
8th pic...Reason for the gap is because your missing a bracket that goes in between the master cylinder and the clutch assembly. That bracket should be installed in the inside of your firewall. Just go to homedepot and get 2 pipes or whatever thats the size of that gap. Or go to a junkyard and get it there from a manual car. You'll need a dremel tool to remove it cuz its welded on.

The throttle cable will have to be replaced with a longer one if you want it to go around instead of on top of the valve cover. Mine is the same way.

That's because the distance from the KA throttle body to the US-left driver side is about the same distance from the SR throttle body to the Japanese-right driver side, but the distance from the SR throttle body to the US-left driver side is longer than either the KA or SR throttle cable. So when you swap an SR into a US car both your stock cable and the SR cable that came on the clip needs to stretch.

pic#5 is to the oil pressure gage.
Pic#2 check under the fuse box, there are some connection that those might go th, it looks like the housing is gone off of the 2 with the orange seals on them.
Nice busted knuckels, if you aren't bleeding you aren't working!!!LOL

The one next to the turbo looks like a MAFS harness, but it's really a KA harness for the KA AIV. If you follow it, it will go back and join the KA engine room harness around the driver side relay box.

The one next to the battery has no mate on the SR harness. It has things like the neutral switch and power steering switch for the KA auto harness. You don't need it for the SR. A lot of people get confused by this 4-prong plug as well.

if you want a longer throttle cable you have to get one off a dual cam ka 240 91-94 not for sure if years after that work.
