well the engine in the 240 just went the other day
and at the worst time i havent paid off the bike yet and now i can do the sr swap like i wanted to do <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':pissed:'>
so i was looking around last night for a stock moter and i found a site called www.asapmoters.com i found a used engine there for $995 with 55,000 k on it, i need to swap the starter, power stearing pump, alt,and small stuff like that it come with a 30 day warenty
any1 know of a differend site that has them any cheeper ??
and one more Q what would i expect to pay for labor at a shop?? i dopnt know if i want to do it my self it would take to long

Check out car-parts.com (http://www.car-parts.com) they seem to have good prices on used engines and stuff.

i dont realy know what caused it the engine has 145k on it
but he said that the rings went and oil was leaking over the heads he say if i drove it for 5 more mins i would ahve seased it it had les than a pint of oil in the bitch <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'>

I wouldn't pay more than $1000 to have it done. BTW I am selling my KA for $500 PM me if you are interested

rebuild? bah!
My friend in MD paid someone to rebuild his SOHC motor...$1,400 later and the damn thing still don't run right!
