s15 oem headlights

hey i am wondering how to adjust both the high and low beams on these headlights because when im driving at night they are like pointed down and i cant see in front. some help would be appreciated.

in the back of the headlight where u put the bulb in there should be some screws that u can trun that shuld make them go up down left right there should be 2 for every bulb
