Hey Guys,

Recently my car was running mint, no rich smoke, idle vacuum around 20-22. I was so excited to finally drive it. So I'm installing my VS bumper in the driveway and it starts to rain a little. finish fitting the bumper and go to start it up.

Car now runs like complete [censored]. starts up and sometimes bogs out(rpms fluctuate, vacuum lowers, rich smoke pours out the exhuast). in nuetral if I put my foot on the pedal and rev it to 2000rpm for about 10 secs and release,it then idles fine, black smoke disapears and seems to be running fine. As soon as i put it into gear(load the engine) the car has the same symptons....idle jumps from 200 to 1000, black smoke, vacuum seems low, and engine makes absolutly no power.

if someone leads me in the right direction, I will gladly give you a spare part(basement is full of parts) or beer money. I just wanna drive this $%#^in car.

check to see if u accidentaly cut a vacuum line. check mafs just for the hell of it but i dont think its the mafs. sounds like a major vacuum leak to me. check connections on your sensor plugs, maybe rain got in them.
