Are those h4 bulbs pretty good compared to lets say silverstars or piaa. Btw whats that lens paint stuff for?

um... the quality is similar to silverstar, but PIAA... as u may know PIAA's bulbs are very expensive... so what u pay is what u get, but those bulbs i am selling are also in good quality tho, my friends are using Nokya Arctic blue and Luminics purple white now, the color also looks nice.
and for the lens paint, u can use it to paint yr clear corner light, tail light, etc. u can do whatever u want with them tho...

u have to get an aftermarket H4 housing as the stock s13 headlight is a seam beam housing
