View Full Version : FS/FT 1996 240sx Clean - "WRX wannabe" :-)

Hey, I have a 1996 240sx which I would be willing to trade or sell. Here are the specs:
Model: Nissan 240sx
Year: 1996
Transmission: 5spd Manual
Motor: KA24DE
Miles: 56k on the whole car
Color: Blue Mica (basically the same blue color WRX STi's use)
Title: Clean
Interior: Pretty clean
Exterior: Very clean, no rust.
Aftermarket Stuff: Apexi N1 Style exhaust system, injen intake, 240sx SE viscous LSD, Megan 32 Way Adjustable Coilovers, Sportmax Wheels, Kumho Ecsta tires (lots of tread left on all wheels).

Problems: TPS (Idles alittle higher than what it's supposed to), 3rd gear synchro (grinds when you go hard on it), both right side wheels got a curb rash on the lip.

Of course I am interested, your car is my failed project lol. I'd like to keep going with my original goal hopefully. BTW, I was gonna ask if there is anything major problems with the car. I am gonna take it to drifting events if we trade, I just want to be awair of the problems and I want to fix them asap if we trade.

Ha ha..Sweet deal.... Ill name all issues, none are that bad.. ill post it here..Why not....:) So others can maybe chime in on the trade....
Really there is nothing wrong with the car, i just love the S-14 and like to move to new projects....Here is the link to my SF thread of all the mods.

The speedo cable needs to be replaced.
Temp guage needs to be looked at, doesnt work..its a ground wire..
No A/C

Stuff i was planning on doing to it when i get home..But dont want to if we are going to trade....Ill leave it up to you..
I will change the H2o pump for ya though......

I have turbo LSD diff, from an 89 7MGTE car..
New DP and blitz exhaust (has 3" dp back exhaust now, its just homemade)
Need to put in stock headlights (I was making a flushmount kit, but decided to just go back to stock) But it has lights to get ya home..

The only thing it really needs is the H2o pump replaced witch i will do for ya...

I also will get the P/S working also...

Other than that i just spend about $3000.00 on parts and stuff, i was going to build a drift monster..

Im not including with the trade..

The power FC (maybe put a 1J in the S-14) You dont need it it comes with a tuned blitz ecu...
