Does anyone know if the 89-90 USDM front lip will fit the JDM S13 Silvia front bumper, who has actually done it themselves?
Thanks

it can fit but dont do it! its ugly as fuck.. zenki lips belong on zenki bumpers. it looks all ghetto and not even straight when people put it on their non 89-90 bumpers.. if you do it, at least paint it body color instead of black.. that shits gross. it came from the factory color matched to bumper. i dont know why people paint it black and slap it on anything else.

sfor the help. Yeah I kinda noticed that it lines up but not perfectly. Would need some slight negotiation to fit nicely. I just looked at the USDM and JDM bumper side by side yesterday and noticed the bumpers are not identical on the bottom edge. However I only paid $60 bucks for a Zenki lip and the JDM ones are a bit more.

I think it looks acceptable. My car is lowered though I am afraid I will scrape the $#:+ out of it on driveways and speedbumps.

i think it looks like crap. Get a proper light for the silvia. Its rare, but they are out there. Raceonusa has a knock off, but then again..not worth the money for fiber glass lip from a company that is known to make cheap shit.

Here's my pignose lip on a Silvia bumper. Fitment is not quite as good as stock, but I estimate it to be about 90% just as good.
Painted glossy black to match the car. Will take better pictures later.

I have it, Benson (sileightymania.com) has it...it can look like ass, but, if you do it right and pull it tight + zipties in the right spots, it can look nice.

As requested. The car is dirty so pardon the dust.
This is a pignose lip on a Silvia K aero replica bumper riding on Megan Racing Streets set as high as possible with stock tyres. The front lip doesn't clear an 8-oz can. :(

The lip is mounted on by a combination of zip ties and plastic rivets. It was heated up with a heat gun around the corners to conform to the Silvia bumper.
Pictured below is a Silvia K bumper. It's rare. The Aero bumper came on the Silvia K with a single large cooling duct cutout in the middle, and mesh grill for the sidemount. You can take a Silvia Q bumper and cut it out to look like an Aero K.

This pix shows where all the cutouts are without the meshing. You can see it clearly.

Mine is a replica made from ABS. That's why it's a replica. It's extremely sturdy though, and feels just like the OEM piece.
K = King = SR20DET. Q = Queen = SR20DE.

I'm near Potomac Mills. I don't drive it often because the car was put away for the winter for restoration. I'm starting to drive it more now.
I actually replaced most of the rivets on the lip with zip ties now. The ones that are left were plastic pop rivets. The type that you pop in once to secure, and press in one more time to remove. I hate the Philips rivets. It takes so long to remove.

Took a heat gun and hit the corners for a bit to help bend the lip to the shape of the bumper. The pignose bumper is just a tad wider than the Silvia bumper. Heat it up for a few and bend it gently into place.
