Getting rid of short shifter

I have short shifter sth like the pic above.. and I don't like it..

So I want to get rid of it..but dunno how..
cuz I don't know wht the stock looks like..
Can you guys tell me how?

Also I just need a c-clip to do 'short shifter removal'?
